1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using NegoOne, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse NegoOne — including attempting to break security, reverse engineer the service, transmit malware, or use it for illegal purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime; your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with applicable law.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of all data you put into NegoOne. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service. You're responsible for the lawfulness of your data.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where reasonably possible.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
NegoOne is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the service will be error-free or meet every requirement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NegoOne is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can terminate your account at any time from settings.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
